Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our premium dairy products and delivery.
How do you ensure the cheese stays fresh during shipping?
We use specialized insulated packaging and gel ice packs to maintain a consistent temperature during transit, ensuring your cheese arrives in peak condition.
Where does your milk come from?
All Ashgrove Cheese products are made using fresh milk sourced directly from our family farm and local dairy partners in the fertile lands of Tasmania.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and strict customs regulations regarding dairy, we currently only ship within Australia.
Are your cheeses suitable for vegetarians?
Yes, the majority of our cheeses are made using non-animal rennet, making them suitable for vegetarian diets. Please check individual product labels for specific details.
How should I store my cheese once it arrives?
We recommend keeping your cheese refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C. Once opened, wrap it tightly in wax paper or parchment to allow the cheese to breathe while preventing it from drying out.
What is your return policy for food items?
As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
